Military Fitness

Fit Unit military outdoor fitness classes; are a great way to meet new people, improve your confidence and test your mental strength, as well as see how fit you really are. Because you will be training as a unit you will find there is a friendly, yet competitive atmosphere that is hard to find anywhere else. This sort of atmosphere is extremely productive and will help you to push yourself further than you may have thought possible. This will allow you to find out new things about your mental toughness & physical fitness that you didn’t know before. You will also find getting fit is easy and far more achievable than you previously realised, giving you the chance to achieve the goals you have set for yourself and get the body you’re truly aiming for.

 

Military Fitness Days & Timings

Fit Unit military fitness classes run from Monday-Friday and the classes are limited to number of maximum of 20 people and have a minimum of 4 people per session, so it works on the basis of first come first severed booking system, as long as you are in your session allowance. For class times see below;
