So, what is the difference between Military Fitness and Slimming Club?

The difference is that with military fitness training the course is not tailored to you specific goals or group. Progress is not monitored and is a more generalised fitness program open to any Fit Unit members.

In Slimming Club, you are put into teams that you stay in for the duration. You then have your weight, blood pressure, heart rate, and body fat taken and recorded weekly; you are also given a 9 week fitness programme to help with the fitness and weight loss, food and fitness diaries to fill in, nutrition advice and fitness advice.

Slim club gets a group of friends/employees working as a team with a dedicated time slot with a dedicated personal trainer to help you reach your goals and aims. The team work does not end there; the group is divided into training pairs.

This is their training partner to work with outside of slim club, to help them stick with the food diary, fitness programme and to keep each other motivated while they are in training.

There are 2 x 1 hour sessions a week with a dedicated personal trainer. One session will be a catch up and to record new results and set new goals and to see the diaries. The other session is 1 hour of fitness to speed up your results and to help them with new ideas and to stay focused on the end result.
