By Joining Fit Unit all members agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.
- Prior to commencing exercise you should consult your doctor.
- Any personal training member has 24 hours to cancel the session. Which they can re-book the session any time in that month, after the 24 hour time limit you will lose the session
- Members paying by Direct Debit can’t carry any missed sessions over to next month. Members can’t stop-start your Direct Debit to make up for lost sessions.
- Members can suspend there member ship in the event of periods of absence of a month.
- Direct Debit will be taken on the 1st of every month or the next available working day.
- You must remain a Fit Unit personal training member for 3 full calendar months. To cancel your membership after this period you must let Fit Unit know in writing with 1 full calendar month notice to Fit Unit
- A minimum of 1 full calendar month notice must be given to cancel your membership after your 3 month is up. You will receive an e-mail of acknowledgement of your cancellation; this is your evidence of cancellation and should be retained; please note if you do not receive confirmation, your e-mail has not been received by fit unit. Members who cancel their Direct Debit before 3 full calendar months are liable to pay the remaining membership fee.
- Refund- there is no refund. Membership may be postponed in the event of injury as long as Fit Unit are made aware at the time of the injury and not at a later date.
- Photos may be taken and Fit Unit reserve the right to use the photos for advertisement.
- As a Fit Unit personal training member either Direct Debit or block sessions you have 8 military fitness sessions a month, which you must book. This runs until your membership runs out.
- If you are cancelling your Direct Debit membership you are responsible to tell your bank to cancel the transaction to Fit Unit. If you fail to do this Fit Unit cannot be held responsible.
